- GROUP STRESS CONTROL TRAINING :
1 hour group training. 1 hour introduction holistic therapies for all present. Total of up to 2 hours with organisations.
Group training deals with stress by opening the relationship between how you think, how you communicate both verbally and non-verbally. How your patterns of behaviour can alter to create success for you, and the organisation. The recognised signs of stress and how to change them.
- ONE TO ONE MIND COACHING. Approximately 1 hour to give you control and directions in ways of how to overcome stressful situations physical or emotional, giving you control and direction.
Person centred using NLP mind coaching, Cognitive and behavioural therapy, Stress Management, Psychology techniques and specific Holistic Therapies, to give you the results you need to gainbalance again.
- HOLISTIC THERAPIES. Approximately 15 mins to 1 hour specifically at your location, or at one of our locations. Go to our therapy page to see all the therapies on offer and the benefits they create with the benefits of professional service.
Holistic therapy been found to improve circulation, joint range-of-motion and flexibility. It can reduce many ailments such as stress, muscle tightness, aches and pains, anxiety and depression, to promote health and well being
